You can buy an Ampler e-bike on our website or in our showrooms in Berlin and in Cologne. We don’t sell our bikes through any dealers — instead we sell the bike directly to you in order to offer unbeatable value for money and direct communication with us.
All our bikes are delivered to your door free of charge within the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom within 7-14 days. If you’re not happy with your bike, you can return it for free within 14 days of receiving it.
You can buy an Ampler e-bike on our website or in our Showrooms in Berlin and Cologne.
The payment can be made using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, bank wire transfer, Sepa, Ideal, Giropay, SOFORT or EPS payment.
In the checkout process, simply choose which payment method you’d like to use and continue to the payment step.
We also offer three leasing options to pay for your Ampler in monthly instalments and benefit from tax reductions.
As of now, we can only offer below leasing options for residents of Germany.
Employers use JobRad to provide their employees with high-quality bicycles and e-bikes at favourable conditions. If your employer has a contract with JobRad, you can now pay for your Ampler comfortably over monthly payments, which are deducted directly from your salary.
Jobrad is available for employees or self-employed persons in Germany.
If you’re an employee or self-employed resident of Germany and your employer has a contract with BusinessBike, you can lease an Ampler through BusinessBike. You can pay for your Ampler comfortably over monthly payments, which are deducted directly from your salary.
BusinessBike is available for employees or self-employed persons in Germany.
If you are self-employed or employed in Germany and your employer has a contract with BusinessBike, you can lease an Ampler e-bike through BusinessBike. You can pay off your Ampler in monthly instalments, which are deducted directly from your salary. This gives you tax advantages. BusinessBike is available for employees or self-employed persons in Germany.
When paying for your Ampler e-bike, you can select flexible rates from 6 to 24 months. No interest will be charged if you pay for it within 12 months. The monthly instalments are automatically debited by Santander.
Santander financing is available for customers in Germany.
The prices of our products include VAT tax. The cost of a bike already includes shipping and packaging costs.
For orders from Norway, VAT will automatically be deducted during checkout. Any additional customs duties and other fees are paid by the customer.
For all orders from Switzerland and the United Kingdom, VAT is included thus no customs need to be paid.
Companies within the EU, which have a valid VAT ID, can place VAT exempt orders. Please enter your VAT ID in the respective field when entering your billing address and the tax will be deducted during checkout and on the invoice.
Companies from Switzerland, Estonia and the United Kingdom can add their respective VAT IDs on the invoice but VAT will not be deducted in the ordering process or on the invoice, but instead needs to be claimed in retrospect at according to the regulations and directions of the respective local tax authorities.
We offer fast 7-14 day free delivery within the European Union, Norway*, Switzerland and United Kingdom with the exception of EU outermost regions and UK crown dependencies.
If you are requesting deliveries for a specific time or date, additional charges may apply.

The average delivery time, i.e. the time from when the bike leaves our warehouse and arrives at your address, is 7-14 working days from the shipping date.
The shipping date is the date when the bike leaves our warehouse. This date is shown directly on the model page when you select the frame size, colour and, if available, the desired gearing. If the model is shown as “ships immediately” in your desired configuration, we will ship the bike within 1-2 working days.
After shipping, you will receive a link from us with which you can track the shipment. You will also be shown an approximate delivery date as soon as our freight forwarder can estimate this. You will be informed of the exact delivery date up to one day in advance by E-Mail or SMS by the freight forwarder.
Your Ampler is delivered in a large box and requires minimal assembly.
95% of the bike is already assembled with both wheels installed. Assembling the bike is simple. All the tools needed for assembly are included in the package, along with an assembly manual. The assembly takes approx. 15 minutes.
As soon as the bike is shipped, your tracking number and delivery date will be sent to your email. Our freight forwarder will call you a day before the delivery to set an appointment with you. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us and we will help you with it.
You have the right to cancel your order until the day the bike will be shipped out from our factory. If the bike has already been shipped, you can return it within 14 days for free.

If you’re not happy with your new Ampler e-bike, you can return it for free within 14 days of receiving it and get a refund. If you want to return your Ampler, contact us and we will send you specific guidelines on packing and returning.
In order to get a full refund, the bike must be returned in its original condition. The bike must be safely packed into the original Ampler box. All the extras and the original components that are part of the delivery, including the charger and the Ampler toolbox, must be returned in their original condition.
For a full refund, the bike will be carefully checked. In case of dispute, proof such as photos taken at the time of delivery is required.
