Where can I buy a bike?

You can order the bike directly from our online shop.

To offer unbeatable value for money and direct communication, we do not involve any dealers and only sell the bikes directly to you.

Payment methods and financing

The bikes can only be pre-ordered from our online shop.

An order is confirmed after full payment. The payment can be made using a credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer, Sepa, Ideal, Giropay, SOFORT or EPS payment.

Customers in Germany, Austria and Finland can also use the Slice It financing option by Klarna, which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments. Customers in the UK can use Slice it in 3, a payment method that enables customers to split the payment for the purchase of a merchant’s goods or services into three substantially equal payments.

What countries do you ship to?

The bikes are assembled in Estonia and delivered to your door within the EU, Norway* and Switzerland* free of charge.

Currently, we do not deliver the bikes outside of Europe and to the outermost regions of EU Member States (OMR).

* In Norway and Switzerland, all additional customs duties, your local country-based VAT rate and similar public taxes are paid by the customer.

Value added tax (VAT)

The net prices of our products include VAT tax. The cost of a bike already includes shipping costs to the European Union*, Norway and Switzerland.

For orders from Norway and Switzerland, VAT will automatically be withheld from the net price. Shipping charges are covered by Ampler Bikes. However, all additional customs duties, your local country-based VAT rate and other similar public taxes are paid by the customer.

Companies within the EU who have a valid VAT ID can place VAT exempt orders. Please add your valid international VAT ID to your order in our online shop.

VAT refunds for orders made in Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Estonia, can be claimed according to the regulations and directions of the local tax authorities as the VAT rate is adjusted and reported in these countries regionally.

*This does not include specific outermost regions (OMR) that are part of the EU.
