To offer unbeatable value for money and direct communication, we do not incorporate dealers, we only sell the bikes directly to you.
The bikes can only be pre-ordered from our web store.
The order is confirmed only after full payment. The payment can be made either using a credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer, Ideal, Giropay or SOFORT payment.
Customers in Germany, Austria and Finland can also use Slice it financing option by Klarna, which gives you the option to spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments. Customer in UK can use Slice it in 3, which is a payment method that enables customers to split the payment related to the purchase of Merchant’s goods or services into [three] substantially equal payments.
The bikes are assembled in Estonia and delivered to your door within EU, Norway and Switzerland free of charge. That’s right – no hidden costs.
Currently, we do not deliver the bikes outside of Europe.
The net prices of our products include VAT tax. The cost of the bike already includes shipping costs to European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
For orders from Norway and Switzerland, VAT will be automatically withheld from the net price. Shipping charges are covered by Ampler Bikes. However, any additional customs duties and similar public charges are covered by the customer.
Companies within the EU who have a valid VAT ID can make an order that’s VAT exempt. Please send the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ampler bikes are exclusively sold at our online store, which means that by skipping the dealers and distributors, you get unbeatable value for your money.
You can rent and test Ampler E-Bikes in Berlin (Germany), Munich (Germany), Frankfurt (Germany), Düsseldorf (Germany), Winterthur (Switzerland) Vienna (Austria) and Amsterdam (Netherlands), using the bike rental service List’n’Ride.
If you don’t have the chance to rent through List’n’Ride you can also visit us in bike fairs.
