Frequently asked questions
Where is the battery?

The battery is integrated into the down-tube of the frame. The frame and the battery are designed in such a way that every professional bike shop could remove the battery, and if needed, replace it with a new one in under one hour.

How to charge the battery?

The battery is charged with the charger, which comes with the bike. The process is similar to charging your laptop – you have to connect the bike with a standard wall power outlet.

How can I pay for my bike?

You can pay either with a credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer, Ideal, Giropay or SOFORT payment.

Which frame size should I get?

You can find your perfect frame size based on your height:
160 - 170 cm = Small frame
170 - 185 cm = Medium frame
185 - 200 cm (and above) = Large frame

The geometry of the bike is made according to the most ergonomic and optimal seating position.
If your height is right in the middle of two frame sizes (e.g. 185 cm) we recommend you taking the smaller frame.
